Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes online purchases don’t work out as expected. If you’re unsatisfied with the fit of your items, we’re here to assist you.

Because we’re a small, growing brand, we’re unable to offer refunds at this time. All eligible returns will receive store credit to use toward a future purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact us at hello@ellakactive.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll provide return instructions.

Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to qualify for return or exchange. Returned items must be unused, with original tags attached, and free of any signs of wear (including makeup, pet hair, or deodorant marks).

Exchanges are available if the requested item is in stock. Customers are responsible for return shipping, but we’ll cover the cost of sending the replacement item once the return has been received and approved.
